Q: What are the points that we should pay a lot attention to when installing Household Series Heat Pumps?
A:
1. Notice:
a. the installed requirement of water heater should be the same to the air conditioner. outside wall, roof, balcony and floor are available. air outlet should be keep away from air intake.
b. the distance between water heater and heat retaining water tank can not be more than 3 meter.
c. Please avoid water heater and walls or other defend offend to be too close.
d. water heater should be installed at the substantial places, and fixed with foundation bolt. Maintain mounting bracket's equilibrium, or it will cause high noise.
e. control panels cannot be installed in the open air, at bathrooms or high humidity areas in order not to influence normal work when exposed to humidity.

2.Where the insulate tanks should be installed?
a. The insulate tank should be installed within 3 meters far from the heat pump unit.
b. The insulate tank can be installed indoor or with the heat pump unit outdoor.
c. Make sure the installation site is firm, and it can bear 700kg.

3. How to connect the heat pump unit with water tank?
a. It is necessary to pack water connection pipe and cable with plastic rope.
b. Both big & small connection pipe should be connected to the connection of the water tank, and the connection should be tightly with the wrench screw.
c. Another end of the big & small connection pipe should be connected to the pressure relief valve.
d. Please make sure the connection pipe is within 10 meters. Please add refrigerant 50 g/ meter, if the connection pipe beyond 3 meters. The height difference should be within 5 meters.
e. Please put the hot water sensor into hot water tank, and make sure it is tightly.
