Q: Mother board power on but Control panel power off, how to solve this problem?
A:
1. Check if two of the 4 communication cables(Plus cable and minus cable) is mis-connected between Mother board and Control panel.
2. Check if there is 12 V power between the two white cable of the Mother board transformer.
3. Mother board or Control panel broken.
Note: Maintenance personnel must familiar with using the universal meter.
